I love it!
This took me a day to do but I LOVE IT!! And I would love you SO MUCH if you'd be so nice and give me a critique, please. 
I kinda dislike the wings. :/ But I LOVE THE REST of it. X3 AVATAR is an amazing movie, if you haven't seen it yet - GO SEE IT NOW!
I kinda had almost no problem with the colouring and shading... and sketching was done pretty fast too. O_o

Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactI absolutely love the wings, and I love the way you worked in an expression in the face. Good job! Black paper? Never thought of doing that. What did you use? Pastel? I've seen Avatar plenty of times, and the Ikran/Banshees look JUST like this! I love your work, you just gained yourself a new watcher! The only thing you really could have done better with is the shape of the head and put in the other tentacle thingy. I think it's pretty cool how you didn't color in the black areas, you just left them empty, showing off the paper behind. You did really well on this, pat on the back to you!
