Glitch

I was watching something and the video glitched because of signal and I got the sudden urge to create a crazy evil glitch.. OC? And well, here he is XD 

Still not entirely sure what I'll do with him, not 100% happy with the design but it was the best I could come up with right now, at first I wanted him to be white with some kind of hair but that didn't look too good and then this happened, so I'll see I kinda wanted to keep the design simple because the glitches can add a lot of colours or change a lot of things; I'm saying it right away that it's gonna be pretty inconsistent haha. He can probably summon a bunch of things (like spikes on his body, something like the tailblade) or completely change colours, you know, like glitches do.

It's loosely based off of Anti (Antisepticeye), so if you're familiar with that, then you might know what's up XD 
I kinda imagine him to be evil/creepy/lunatic kind of thing; both alive and kind of dead (or undead?) and not entirely capable of keeping a physical form. 

He wouldn't fit into my lore/story at all so it's just something extra for fun XD He can also "turn off" his wings and tailblade as they're kind of digital. I can't really explain most of the stuff, sorry XD 

I'm gonna leave it here for now, I don't think he's gonna have any "elemental" powers, maybe something like the digital things in inFAMOUS Second Son but not exactly, I kinda got the wings from that too.
